What is up today??? As I mover on through my e-mail I came to my Everyday Cheapskate mail from Mary Hunt and this is what I found in reading it.....

You can choose to be miserable, to worry and doubt—and to be a pain in the neck to everyone around you. Or you can reframe your thinking. You can choose to see things in a different light, from a new angle and in a way that will cause you to be grateful."...
Once again my word "contentment" came to mind. Being able to do what Mary is talking about here will bring with it the contentment in life that I seek. I am in control. How I choose to look at various events in my life will determine whether I am content or not. It is not the event itself that brings about contentment....hmmmm so much to think about today!
