JANUARY 7
Sunday was time with stamping friends and Monday was an evening spent with quilting friends. The first Monday of the month is the meeting of our local quilt guild of which I have been a member for almost 20 years. This is our guild quilt. Actually a wall hanging. The speaker for tonights program was Elizabeth Carlson whom I have know for at least all those 20 years and maybe more. She is a wonderful quilter and also a great lover of all things British. We had a wonderful tour of the English country side in a slide presentation as she told us of her places where she gathered inspiration for many of her wonderful quilts.
